Details on Senior Photos

Thank you for choosing Diane Brooks Photography for your senior portrait session. Here’s how it works! 

Session Consultation:

Before your session we’ll meet for an in-person consultation. This is when we’ll do introductions, get to know each other and chat about your session. We’ll talk about how you want to be photographed, locations, wardrobe ideas, special shots with letter jackets, team uniforms, formal dresses, hobbies and props. This is also when we will schedule the session date, time and location. 

Your Portrait Session:

We’ll meet at the predetermined location. The session will run up to 2 hours. (This includes shooting, traveling to locations and wardrobe changes.) This is time to have fun and enjoy the beginning of SENIOR YEAR! Please note: Wardrobe changes are done on location. 

After Your Portrait Session:

With your approval I’ll post a sneak peek of 3 to 4 shots to Facebook and Instagram to share with family and friends! Within 3 weeks you’ll receive an email with a link and instructions to download your proof album of 20 to 25 edited images. The next step is to place your print order. Most clients prefer to order in person, but email works well too. 

Checklist for Session Day

• Wardrobe clean and wrinkle-free
• Belts, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, shoes and accessories for each oufit
• Make-up, hairspray, lip gloss, hair ties, comb or brush
• Guys, clean shave
• Girls, fresh nail polish, no chippies
• Guys, clean, trimmed nails
• Team uniforms, letter jackets or other props
